The Obama’s Vacation Day 8 ~ Biking in Martha’s Vineyard at Manuel F. Correllus State Forest and Golfing

Posted by: Audiegrl

President Barack Obama and the first family took advantage of brilliant New England weather Friday to go biking on Martha’s Vineyard. Under cloudless skies, the first family left their rented farm compound and motorcaded a short distance to a site near Martha’s Vineyard Airport. They then got on bikes for a ride in the Manuel F. Correllus State Forest, a 5,100-acre preserve boasting 15 miles of bike trails.

Later that day, President Obama golfed with Vernon Jordan and NYC Mayor Michael Bloomberg.

One response to “The Obama’s Vacation Day 8 ~ Biking in Martha’s Vineyard at Manuel F. Correllus State Forest and Golfing

  1. Thanks for these great pictues of the first family enjoying their vacation. It is refreshing to just get
a view of them doing family without all of the commentary. Yes 24 hour cable has turned me and most of my friends off with the negatives. We voted for positive change and we are getting it
but the perception most of the media, GOP and Tea Party are subjecting people to daily is mean spirited and not at all unfamiliar to people of color.
So thanks and I am sharing this site with folk everyday who do not like what is happening to our President and first lady.
