AP Source: Coroner rules Jackson’s death homicide

If you were wondering what would fill the airwaves this week:

the coroner determined a fatal combination of drugs was given to Jackson hours before he died in his rented Los Angeles mansion on June 25. The official spoke on condition of anonymity because the findings have not been publicly released.
Forensic tests found the powerful anesthetic propofol in Jackson’s system along with two sedatives, the official says.

Appendix’s benefits revealed
The pesky organ long thought to be useless may serve a vital function, new research shows

Now researchers suggest the appendix is a lot more than a useless remnant. Not only was it recently proposed to actually possess a critical function, but scientists now find it appears in nature a lot more often than before thought. And it’s possible some of this organ’s ancient uses could be recruited by physicians to help the human body fight disease more effectively.

More Advertisers Bolt Glenn Beck

Glenn Beck: I'm A Crybaby

Glenn Beck: I'm A Crybaby

Posted by Audiegrl

AP–Glenn Beck returns to Fox News Channel on Monday after a vacation with fewer companies willing to advertise on his show than when he left, part of the fallout from calling President Barack Obama a racist.

A total of 33 Fox advertisers, including Wal-Mart Stores Inc., CVS Caremark, Clorox and Sprint, directed that their commercials not air on Beck’s show, according to the companies and ColorofChange.org, a group that promotes political action among blacks and launched a campaign to get advertisers to abandon him. That’s more than a dozen more than were identified a week ago.

Please feel free to join the Color of Change campaign to Stop the Race Baiting.

More of the full story, here.

Also, note to all the male enhancement companies…I know where you can get some really cheap advertising spots during prime time… 😉

Rich Hallabran, spokesman for UPS Stores, said today he has not only temporarily halted buying ads on the Glenn Beck Show but also on the Fox News Channel altogether as reported by AP Television writer David Bauder. Feel free to send UPS a note of thanks right here.

Holder is poised to name John Durham, a career Justice Department prosecutor from Connecticut, to lead the inquiry
